I finally got the disconnect bolts off the factory d30...
I had tried heating banging w/ BFH etc to no avail...
thought I would share how I got them off...
with a dremel, I chopped the bolt about 1/8 of an inch from the bracket.
then from the bolt head, used a drill about the outer dia of the torx head and drilled through the bolt (this was easier than I anticipated - I thought it would be a hardened bolt and it wasn't, it cut like butter).
then the old c-clamp/socket started it moving and out it came...
piece of pie. and about 30 mins....
