Alignement Question

I would. Every time I change something on my suspention I get it checked. The tires cost too much to wear them out so fast. The local shop here is pretty cool though if my alignment is good they dont charge me for one, just the check fee (couple bucks).
 
If you change the LCA length, you affect caster angle.
I recommend that you spend ten bucks on an angle finder and do your own alignments. There is a ton of info on this board on home alignments - search around a little.
