After sealing the case back up, how long should I wait until I fill it and drive it?
The silicone says is cures in 12-24hrs.

I promise this will be the last question for two weeks. Because I'm going fising in Canada. saweeeeeeeeeeet
(that is if my Jeep gets me there?)

While it would be best to wait, it can be filled and driven as soon as you get everything back together on the trail.
