I thought it might be interesting to see what years you all own. There are two threads to accommodate all the years of XJ/MJ. Vote on the poll for the year, and post up if its an MJ or XJ.

If you have a 2000, don't vote, just identify in the thread. This saves having a third thread for a one-option poll.

1998 XJ - once again, most of it.

Power steering pump reservoir is from a 2000, stupid plastic fittings... Thermostat housing off of a 96. Driver's side mirror is off of a '97 - I'm guessing the PO must've knocked it off and had it replaced with one from a boneyard because it has a different date stamped on the bottom than the other one...

Also, why are you treating the 2000-2001 differently than the rest? I feel discriminated against. LOL

Why do you have the vintages broken up along the dates you have? I would have thought GM engined, RENIX engined, "HO" engined, and then 1997+ would be a more logical way to break them up?

My intention was just to make a poll so that users could see who owns/owned what, partly for curiousity, partly to help identify others with the same years to help tech. Problem is, I screwed up the one poll, so it doesn't show who posted and I think it doesn't allow for multiple posts...duh, and I just plain forgot about the 2001. I talked to my jeep dealer this morning too and he pointed out that the cherokee was also sold in Canada as a 2002 model for the early part of the year. Oh well, as others have said, I suck at the internet. :laugh3:

1999 I-6 (51,000 miles) conversion
1997 8.25 rear ARB and 4.56 slight upgrade
1990 dana 30 ARB and 4.56 W/full shaft conversion
1989 front seats going inplace of rear bench
4.5 rusty's coils
teraflex adj control arms
basterd pack rear 4.5"
chevy 1500 2" lowering shackels net lift 2.1/3"

love my jeep except it is more needy then my girlfriend!
