inside rear widow rack?

I saw a pic of a xj with a three tier rack that fit inside the back window , passenger side of the cargo area.

can't seem to find it anywhere,
the guy had his flash lite and fire exstingisher cliped on it.
anyone seen this?

that looks good to.
but no thats not it
it actually fit right in the space of the window. almost like a gun rack fitted to the trim in the window
