Backspacing ??

Before anyone blows a gasket, I did do a search and couldn't really get a clear answer. I'm gonna be lifting my 92 4.5" and wanted to run 33's on a set of 15x8 soft 8's and was wondering what backspacing to use. I don't want to do a whole lot of trimming, but I think some will be inevitable.

3.75 or 4" is usually pretty norm.......
