He probably had a 2.5 turbo II out of an early 90's dodge.

Thanks for the flash-back. Difference being it was the early '80's, and they were Camaro's and Mustang's. It was amazing what could be done with a 2.2 with enough machine work and creativity. And the K-cars made such great sleepers!!!(This was our "slow" car, @11seconds)

Try finding NOS parts for the venerable 426 Hemi- that ran the "quick" car - '67 Barracuda (high 9's).
