I'm assuming an AX-15?
You need the bell housing, all the clutch hardware throwout bearing, fork, and all the hydraulic (dealer has master/slave pre-bled)
You will also need a bearing retainer from a 94+ ax-15. It has a sleeve over the shaft so there is something for the bearing to ride on. Omix-ada Part number 4636382 found at http://www.jeepdoc.com/catalog/zparts.asp?partid=4636382
Have fun!

the hydraulics you can get from the dealer, its a prebled Master cylinder, line and slave cylinder. Comes in one piece and you just install it.
Its worth it if you don't like dropping the tranny to replace a leaking slave...

If you have an AX-15 that was internal then your pilot bearing will not be an issue if you would have been putting in a (I am not 100% on year) external setup AX-15 from 94+ it does have a larger input shaft diameter that fits into the pilot bearing but all the internal AX-15 and BA/10s were the same size into the crank on the 4.0
