Removing Valve Stem Oil Seals

I am doing a port and polish job on my head and I cant figure out how to remove the valve stem oil seals I have tried to pull on them and they dont budge and I have tried to turn them and they dont budge. DO I need a special tool or somthing?

just pull them off. Maybe try and pry them off with a screw driver. Push the valves out of the head, if you haven't already.

Grab them with a pair of pliers, twist them around, and pull them off. It should be easy.
