Weird Noises in the Rear

I drove the jeep a couple times, its been running fine, the squealing noise i posted about earlier went away and seems to be fine now. As the title says "weird noises", i took my jeep to get it aligned and all that fun stuff, found out it needs a bearing hub assembly in the front go to pull it in the driveway to start wrenchin and as soon as i hit the brakes there is one awful screeching noise coming from the drivers side when i step on the brakes. I noticed after driving for a little bit there has been a "burning rubber" odor once parked. This leads me to believe its a brake problem. I just put new wheel cylinders, and brake shoes on. Not sure what else i should replace.
