I have an 85 xj wagoneer with a 2.5 4 cylinder in it. the motor is about to go and my friend has a good running carburated 302 V8. What would I need to do and what tranny and tranfer case would I need or would suggest. It is not a for sure thing but the motor runs great and is only one hundred bucks. I have access to a junk yard for cheap parts. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Please let me know what you think.
