Will an Advance Adapters NP-231 SYE mounted on an '89 XJ fit on a '96 XJ NP-231??

I think the 96 231 uses the 23 spline shaft and the 89 uses the 21. I am only about 85% sure though.

Wrong end of the gear box!
Anyway!Yes they are all the same for the HD kits!
