will a wrangler or grand cherokee battery tray fit the same into my 2000 XJ? I 'm planning on putting it where my stock airbox once was, since i'm still keeping my regular battery, and have it power the winch and lights. Anybody else done this? Thanks

The XJ Diesel battery tray from overseas Cherokees is the easiest way to add a second battery.

Thanks....good brief writeup. I've been looking into adding a yellow top for my winch and radio, but I was thinking about mounting it in the back cause I didn't think it would fit uder the hood. I think this way would be better than running the cables all the way back.

I need to get one of those battery trays before I install my Air Compessor.
I have the K&N tube and filter. I will have to see if there is any conflict.
