dropping tranny

ok im ready to put in my clutch, and i will need to drop the tranny. I was wondering what tools ,special prep, or what ever i need? Is there a site that explains how to do this, it would help if it had pics. Will i be able to pull it out from under the car or will it stay under? I need to know the essentials. If anyone has any informaion that would help it would be much apprecited.
