ok i´m whant to put disk brake on my xj. I have a d44 rear axle put I cant find the stuff to bould it so I am asking what do I need from a-z and can I get a kit from somewhere to do this I found a all the stuff out of a 99-up grand cherokee and I cant see how this is going to work whith that it is to big so help me help me fast I need to have this ready soon

I used 98 ZJ caliper mounting brackets ,calipers lines, NAPA rotors etc on my MJ D44. You need to redrill the caliper mounting bolts in the axle housing and open up the inner diameter to accept the bigger bearing. also need the TJ bearing retainers to hold the axles in.

you need 94-98 brackets (libby should work as well)

If you meant that 44 is out of a grand then don't wast you time with it. They are aluminum, and not to be desired. Although I see you are from Iceland so an export grand may be different. As you answer is posted lower a reminder that rear disks weren't standered on ZJ's till 96 so not all earlier ones will have them. Also 99-04 are WJ and may be not work as you noticed that the 99 setup you found to much bigger than anticipated.
