Dude - Not trying to be a dick or anything but DO A SEARCH!!!!! This subject has been disected so many times. Every lift question you have is answered somewhere.

BTW - Go with the RE 5.5" Extreme Duty or the DPG's 5" Hybrid Lift. YES you will have to trim to make room for 33's, even with 5 or more inches of lift.
