I am driving a friends 91 4Runner while my XJ gets some body work done, and I have noticed that it has a pretty good wobble in the steering sometimes. It has a 4 inch lift with 33in tires and IFS in the front. What exactly causes the wobble and what type of adjustments could I try to remedy it. I know this is not an XJ but I was just going to try and help him out because I know people on this forum really know there stuff.
TIA

This should be moved to the other tech stuff. They should be able to help you there. Sorry, but this forum has a place for just about anything and everything.

I would suspect the tires are out of balance. Probably needs a good dynamic balance without trying to keep the weights on the inside and out of view.
Other things to check would be a bent wheel, warped brake rotor or a tire with a bad wear pattern or crooked tread. Rotating the tires might give you some clues.
