ZJ shocks on XJ

Will a set front and rear of OME shocks 96-98 ZJ, fit a 96 XJ

I think 96 XJ still has bar pins in the bottom of the front shocks, and the top of the rears.

If this is true, then no it definitely WONT fit in the rear, and probably wont fit in the front.

This is how the 88 and similar shock mountings are, I dont recall if they changed ever:

Front:
Top - Stud
Bottom - Bar Pin

Rear:
Top - Bar Pin
Rear - Eye.


I know that the ZJ's rears are eyes on both top and bottom. But dont know about the fronts.

front are the same, just put bar pins in the rear and you're set
