Window Problems

I am having problems getting my window down on the passenger side of my '95. It is a manual crank and you have to use both hands to get the window down. Is there somewhere that needs to be greased??? If so, how would i get to it??

Any other suggestions of what might be the cause??

You are going to need to pull the inside door panel and see whats binding. Do it before you break something and it costs you more to fix...
