I recently purchased a D44 axle out of an older Cherokee and I was wondering if anyone has any links or ideas about making a homemade truss for it. It has not been installed yet. Thanks in advance.

What size tires are you going to run on it? Are you going to lock it? Depending on your answers I don't think you will need to truss it. Just my 2 cents.

It is going on a 2000 XJ. I am going to run 33s w/ a 6" lift. I may add a locker, not sure yet. I want to truss it either way. It is going to see a lot of rockcrawling.
