Fiberglass hood, or not...that is the question?

Unsure if I want to go with a fiberglass hood or not. Bought a cheap crappy aftermarket hood, and it is like tin foil. To make matters worse, I cut out some center rectangles for those plymouth vents. The engine keeps cooler, but my hood is as tin foil.

Don't know if the fiberglass hood (WHO SELLS A GOOD FIBERGLASS HOOD?) is worth the money, or if I go down some completely different "road"? I do not know... Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for anyone helping me,

-Dan

Rusty's has them, not sure who else, check some JeepSpeed sites.

I'd get one if I wasn't so damn cheap. I'm gonna make one out of a big sheet of lexan I have, basically just to save weight.

I'm confused, you're already bedless, doorless and brainless, why not hoodless?

Us body sells them but they weigh the same as a steel one but not as well finished. I am really happy with my steel cowl hood and no need to cut it to fit vents ;)
