How to Tell which Tranny Cooler Line is the Pressure???

I am gonna attempt to flush my own trans today and was just wondering which cooler line is the pressure line so i dont' have to go and take them both off. BTW, how much will the hole trans hole once i have it flushed, i think i got about 10 quarts of Dextron III over here.

If you are looking at the radiator, the line that goes in the top of the cooler is the 'hot" line, you know that metal line that attaches highest on the radiator.

The line that attaches lower on the cooler is the return/cool line. If you have the Factory Aux trans cooler the hose to the aux cooler will be attached here.
