My last message fell off, oh well.

I'm going to call tomorrow to confirm wether the trail is open or not. If not, then either do, Bald or Strawberry or Brewer (I remeber there was one Hell of a Boulder graden at the end of it) ;)

All trails are closed due to late snow :( , I guess we'll have more water this year. Bald Mtn is open all year, so Bald it is. Then I'll meet everyone @9am in Auberry, the corner of 168/Auberry rd. The gas station and such. Be at the trail head at 10am, then have lunch at the top, go back down and play around.

Think the trail is doable in an open rig?

What about one of these:

I know! I know!

I'm trying to get him "hooked" and talk him into buying a XJ!

How does bald compare to strawberry?

The main trail is easy, any 4wd can do it. There are about 3 short sticky spots, tow points are highly recomended. Bald Mtn. is and easy trail with a play ground of granite fun. The view at the top is really good too.

You have a front one for sure, and the 35's and Lincoln Locker helps too. :)

Got the back one on too. Used a 1/4" cr. nut strip to secure it. So if it comes off it's taking half of my Jeep with it!!!

I'll let mine know, she probably wouldn't mind staying at home anyway. She was at one of her crops until 1:30am,
