1/2" lift anybody?

I would like to lift my 89xj about a 1/2" or so just to get it to original height. I have read about front coil spacers and rear blocks. If I add 1/2" thick spacers front and rear does it lift the jeep 1/2"? Can I use 1" without drive line vibration. I want to do this cheap. I have needed highdensity plastic in 1/2" & 1" thickness. Thanks

Don't mean to criticize but 1/2' lift won't do anything or be particularly noticable. I would at least go for 1 inch. A 2" lift is reasonable, I got mine for $79 at 4wheelparts. How do you know that it is sagging 1/2"? You probably won't notice any vibration from a 1" lift. What are you looking to do with the lift? Trail, bigger tires, looks?
