I need to swap out my stock injectors on my 89 XJ becasue of leakage. Yes it's Rynex. I am leaning towards the Ford 19lber's. My question is do I need high impedence or low impedence?

High impedance - nominal figure should be 16 ohms. The low impedance injectors are for racing ECMs, and will burn out production ECM injector drivers.

Going with 21# injectors and installing an adjustable MAP circuit may not be a bad idea - but you can use the 19# units. You'll still probably be interested in being able to adjust your fuel metering, tho...
