Sterring wobble

Ok, so I ran into another issue. Great. This time its a steering problem. When I turn the whel and acclerate the wheel wobbles on return. Really wierd, doesnt wobble when I drive straight at any speed, nothing during deceleration and turning, just when I accelerate and I let it come back to neautral position. I just replaced the sway bar links and steering damper.

Sway bar links do not affect steering, only body roll. How's the track bar and tie rod ends?

I honestly dont know where they are. If someone can tell where to look, I'll be able to tell. Are there any other symptoms of these problems that would give it away?
