gone fishin....
does anyone know what size tube i would need for sleeving the stock tie rod?
i'm doing a tie rod flip, so i would like to do this while it's apart, if anyone has done this and has pics, what would be great.
thanks for any help.

i don't know the outside diameter of the stock tie-rod, but here is a what I did on my D44 tie-rod;

it was 1 inch OD solid, so I got some 1" Schd. 40 pipe which was just a little too tight to sleeve, partly because of the welded seam. so I cut the seam out the whole length with a chop saw and then it slid over with just a little persuasion from the BFH. then I welded the ends and all the way down the seam into the base material. so it is now 1.31" OD solid.
