Screw in rocker stud conversion?

Has anybody done the screw in rocker stud conversion on the HO head? I know that the stud bosses need to be milled to get the studs low enough to clear the VC and so the rockers don't bottom out. I'm wondering about the stud boss thread walls getting thin after milling and cracking under DD use? It's apparent that the bolt holes are cut into the bosses at an approximate 10deg angle off of parallel with the boss. When milled, one side of the thread wall on the boss will become pretty thin on the bosses that have less meat than others. Not sure if cracking would even be an issue? Just throwing out some thoughts before I try an experimental head setup with 1.7's. Thanks.
