Anyone in IL making custom mods to XJ's

I'm unsure if it's because I've only been on NAXJA

for a short time, but is anyone in IL doing custom mods. I drive around all the time and have only met one other in the Darien/Downers Grove area, good guy and haven't seen his vehicle in some time. Get back to me on this terrible issue...
