Quick Tubing Question

Is 1 1/2 inch HREW .120 wall tubing alright for exo-cage applications on an XJ? For my bumpers and rock skidders I was going to use 2 inch .120 wall HREW since they will be taking most the bashing around. The guy bending my cage only has a 1.5 and a 2 inch die otherwise I would consider 1 3/4 inch tube.

I think 2 inch is a bit overkill.

Thoughts? Advice?

.120 may not hold up to rock bashing too well, but if that's what you use, the smaller diameter will withstand localized loads better than the larger diameters.
