TV Gambling advertisements, wtf

Whats up with all these advertisements for on line casinos and poker sites. If I have to look at the bugeyed asshat or that slicked down blond dancing peckerhead one more time I'm about ready to shoot the TV.... and here I thought some other commercials were obnoxious...

I don't get those down here in NC (no gambling allowed), but we do get some for the stoopidest stuff... Only $19.95! But wait... Commercials is what the channel button or mute button is for. I wish I could trigger the mute to light my reading lamp :)
