I have a question. Recently, when I start my engine (when it is cold) it wil die out on the first and sometimes the second time, but after it has warmed up it starts just fine. Can anyone point me in the right direction? THANX

Idle air control motor is possibly dirty. It is on the side of the throttle body. Remove and clean the end of the pintle and clean the seat inside the throttle body it presses against. Us sensor safe carb/throttle body cleaner. Don't unscrew the pintle otherwise you have changed its adjusted reach on engagement. Another possility is the coolant sensor and its wiring although this is usually not a problem. On pre 91s it is on lower block above oil pan drivers side near knock sensor. Later models I believe use the coolant temp sensor on front of engine for both gauge temp and iac control. Of course if your throttle body inside is dirty or your plugs, dist cap rotor and wires are bad that does not help either. Greg
