OME shocks??

How much of a difference is there between OME XJ shocks and TJ shocks as far as valving and ride quality? Im looking at a set of N67Ls from a TJ and considering them for the XJ? What do you guys think?

i dont know about valving and all that stuff, but i do know that there is an amazing ride quality difference between stock and OME shocks...also i have brand new DT3000's on my xj and THEY S*CK!!! Had rusty's hydro shocks on my old xj they were better than the DT's but still i have yet to experience a better riding shock than OME. Deffinatly #1 in my opinion.
