Check engine light came on in my wife's 96. Its an automatic with the factory tow package and about 135,000 miles. I pulled the codes but have no idea what the heck they mean.
I got the code definitions from a link on previous post to allpar.com.
12 - Battery or computer recently disconnected. No idea about this one. Battery has not gone dead or been replaced. How does the computer get disconnected?
24 - Throttle position sensor over 4.96V
42 - Z1 voltage missing when autoshutdown circuit is energized.
62 - PCM failure SRI mile not stored.
Anyone have any ideas or run across these before?
