Traction Bar

CRASH

The last picture in the series shows the traction bar mocked up in place. I still have to build the frame mount at the front and will have the bar angling up a little higher than shown. Note the spherical rod end at the axle mount to allow for pinion angle adjustment. I used a rubber bushing on the lower axle mount and at the shackle end (handmade shackle) to isolate NVH.

not sure about the geometry, but the front end still picks up when you stab the gas.

I could of built mine with more clearance but after sitting on the con for 6 hours waiting for a welder to come by and glue my DS back together, I kind of wanted to hit the Tbar first. as it sits they are pretty much level. It is also doesn't hang down nearlly as much as the stock shock mounts.
