Does anybody know of a small electric oil pump that can be used to refill manual trannys and t-cases?

scott, I gave a weedsprayer I had around a new designated function......

I filled the steel two gallon tank with gear oil (or atf), pumped it up, and let the pressure do the work...

you will have to cut off the "wand" since its too restrictive, and plumb in some kind of valve....I also got a steel tube that had a nice j-bend in it that worked like a "hook" that you could hang on the fill hole of your t-case or tranny......

its not glamourous, and its not exactly fast, but it is very inexpensive, and it does work.
