Any good gear/lift shops in or near Winston-Salem, NC?

I've heard about a place called J-Medic, but I don't know anything about them. Anyone know of anywhere else?

Hmm, closest one I can think of/recommend is the Carolina Rock Shop in Charlotte. Not too far from Winston Salem and they can definately handle lifts and gear swaps.
