Can I run 32X11.5 BFG a/t on my stock 15" rims? I was looking at the showcase on RE's website and a guy on there has this setup. Its pg 26 of the showcase, the black cherokee sport if you want to look.

depending on how much lift you have you might wanna run spacers cuz i waz runnin 32s on stock wheels with 3.5 inches of lift and it rubbed the LCAs and the inner fenders when flexing

well ive got 4.5 in of lift and I dont really feel buying some different rims but I love the setup with the 32s

They are gonna rub something hard. On your LCAs and inner wells. Plus you stand a chance of blowing it off the rim. Thats why they recommend at least an 8" rim. You might be hard pressed to find someone to mount them on 7"
