Driver's Seat covered under warranty???

I've got a 99 xj w/ a 73K mile warranty, so it's still good. It's also and extended warranty. My drivers seat first broke a little(probably while wheelin) and tonight it broke bigtime, its barely useable. I was wondering if anyone would have any clue as to if it would be warranty covered
