New clutch install- how easy is it?

I have been posting for the last few days about my AX15 removal for a rebuild. While it is out i am gonna replace the clutch and u-joints, and also put a mild rebuild on the t-case. Anyth8ing else you would recomend while she is down and out? Also how easy is the clutch to replace? I really dont wanna spend anymore money having them replace it, as i am already paying a shop to rebuild the tranny for me. I hear that the transfer case, NP231, is somewhat straight foprward and I a t-case and tranny virgin can rebuild it. is this true? Thats for all your help! also- if i torch/dremal off teh nuts on the exhaust to drop it at the flange, will it unbolt or is it usually the cas eto have to drill out the bolts, the only thing i have to fit in there is a dremal.
