Brake problem?

My rear brakes locks before front brakes. It very annoying and hard to drive on slippery roads. I just adjusted rear brakes, and it got very sensitive. as soon as I touch the pedal, rear brakes will lock. Anyone had similar problems??

So my Jeep is 90 limited with 4.0+auto+np242

Check the E Brake cable,maybe it's stickin?

E Brake works just fine. I adjusted it too...

The proper method to adj the rear brakes is to back off the E-brake adj first.Then adj the rear brakes until you hear the shoe rub the drum when turned by hand.
Then re-adj the E-brake.
I am guilty of doing it the wrong way most of the time but the brakes haven,t locked for me ---yet.

Found one reason that could do this locking. Drums were totally over worn...
