kay, dont' scold me on this one, but i need new tires badly to pass inspection, they are stock size right now. The problem is i wanted to lift my jeep over the summer, maybe autumn. I wanna go up about 3-4.5" and put 32"s on it. I don't wanna buy tires now just to throw them out for bigger ones in just a few months, for street use does anyone think i could get away with runnin the 32's on just a BB? I am not afraid to trim, cut or hack. It might see mud and i don't care about a lil rubbing and whatever, but no real real offroad until i can afford to get the real lift on it.

I have a 2.5" lift with 31's on my wifes XJ, but it has 3.75: BS wheels. The LCA's don't rub at all but it does rub the fender well on tight turns in reverse. You may have to look into a wheel with at least 4.5" BS anyway later.

I think it would rub bad unless you cut not trim!

Buy a set of used or recap 235s until you put in the lift you want.

hey eagle,

where could i get some retreaded muds from? i'd problably do 235's or 30's if they were cheap enough for it to be to my benefit..

Thanx,
