Rear bumpstop bolt snapped off..

Snapped off flush while I was taking it off to add tubing. Any ideas? Could I just buy extended ones on Ebay and use the one bolt? -Shawn

Just drill it out, and retap the threads. I had the same thing happin to me when I added some spacers under mine.

Mine did the same thing, I just drilled out the hole and used a self taping bolt. It works fine since all of the pressure it sees pushes it into the unibody and not to the side.

Mine did the same thing on both sides when I was taking them off to sleeve the rails back there. I just left them both off since I've never been able to touch them no matter how hard I've flexed the back. If it ever becomes a problem then I'll deal with it.

I too had the same problem... I just welded the dang thing on... Lots of area on the bump stop flange to weld to the "frame"...
