What's that yellow box??

Okay I like to think that I'm not a total idiot....But what in the world is the yellow box under my dash right next to the computer on the driver side. It's about 4"x6"x2" and it has a big ol hrness running to it....


edit: It's an 88 Limited 4x4 xj 4.0 man trans

If I remember right it is the cruise control. It will have a couple of screwdriver adjustments on it.
