Has anybody here tried the T&J Chassis Stiffener? What do you think of it? Is it worth the money? What else is good for stiffening up the chassis, short of a full interior roll cage (I'm planning on that down the road too).

Have no experience with the chassis stiffener, but solid bumpers, gas tank skid (short of an inverted roll cage for the rearend), certain t-case skids, etc. can help somewhat. To what degree I don't know.

I've heard of some guys welding up the frame. You lay a bead where the frame has the factory spot welds, which seem to have quite a bit of space between welds. The prep alone would be very time consuming.

The best bet for stiffening the chassis, as you mentioned, is the roll cage :)

I ran 3x3x3/16th angle up and down the framerail, and to my surprise it lessened the rattles. I did it more to protect the framerails and provide a longarm mount.
