Drop Brackets & Skid Plate

Does anyone know if the typical Engine/Transmission skid plate can be mounted with the Rubicon Express Drop Brackets installed? They share the same mounting point, that is why I ask.

These guys said their skidplate would work with my RE drop brackets.

i run the re kit with the drop brackets and have skids. i did have to knotch the cross bracket a bit to clear the drop bracket hardware. but i've wheeled it in moab and the rubicon and dropped on the skid plate hard and it didn't weaken anything. so i would say yes it will work based on my experience,.
