ARB Snorkel Install

Just got a used snorkel from another XJer.....when I opened the box it didnt have the piece to alter the factory airbox? Any ideas or suggestions on how to modify the airbox to work with the snorkel??

Here's how I did mine I put the link to the write up below it.
I like this set up it get the air hose out of the wheel well, which was important to me. I've trimmed the fenders and when tires are fully stuffed they would rub the hose if it was there.
