Here's the prob. I have some nasty rust starting on the passenger side floor of my 93. i noticed a while back that the carpet was damp a lot (mostly in the rear) but when I got my Huskys I kinda forgot about it. the only thing i can figure is that the water is coming from th AC drain, but i dont run my AC. Can anybody help me find the freakin source of this problem?
thanks,
Red

how about the windshield seal?

The drain is located almost right on top of your starter. Theres a hose attached to it thats about 6" long. The tip is pressed shut but you can open it up by pressing the hose together(Youll see what I am talking about when you see it).

The drain is for draining condensate from the evaporator. If you never use the A/C there won't be any condensate. You'll probably need to look for your leak elsewhere.
