Underbody Rust

I have a 95 XJ 2 door Sport 4L 5Spd that has been recently retired as a daily driver but now I would like to fix it up and take it out on a few trails. So, as I was rolling around under it I noticed some nasty patches of rust mostly on the passengers side. I don't believe the rust has eaten any holes in the underbody yet but it's rather close. I would like to repair it but I'm afraid it may be out of my league. Any advice or good jeep autobody shops in the Philadelphia/MainLine area?
