I'm soliciting anyone's help in fixing my adjustable control arms. I've got RE 5.5 6200 XD, with all adjustable arms. I want to get about the right wheelbase, decent steering angle, and min front vibes, stuff not even alignment shops care about. It's all installed, and I'd expect 3-4 of the arms needing adjustment as well as the adjustable trackbar that came with the kit.
Maybe some 4x shop will do it, but then they also like to charge $75/hour.

Looking in southern california after 17 dec, or near C Springs until then

What part of southern Ca are you going to be in? I am in Huntington beach so if you still need some help, my driveway is free.

Actually, the RE6200 has the Drop Brackets, and the measurements should be based on that. DBs relocate the mounting points about 4.5" lower, which is why the measurements aren't available for shorter lifts. Make sure you're reading the right column; I would love to get more correct numbers from RE themselves but everyone I've talked to there can't seem to understand what I'm asking; they operate in fixed-length control arm mode...

I couldn't get the front aligned last week as I planned; something about the big snowstorm we had that weekend and the alignment guy not wanting to crawl under a frigid, dripping Jeep I suppose :D. My guesstimate right now is that the LCA measurement I show for 4.5" is too long and I need to bring it back in a hair to correct the pinion angle. The figures shown in the chart XJ_Ranger linked are based on several websites and reports from other Drop Bracket owners and as such are constantly in danger of being updated.
